History Original Eagle Rock Subdivision In 1968, David H. Martin began providing excavation services with one dump truck and one backhoe. His focus of service and commitment to his customers provided for continued growth that now extends to the third generation. Located in south-centeral PA in the town of Chambersburg, David H. Martin Excavating, Inc. provides excavation and utility services to private and public residential, industrial, and commercial clients in PA, MD, VA, and WV. Currently employing over 200 personnel, our fleet of dump trucks and excavation equipment maintain the muscle to get your project completed on-time and on-budget. We have committed ourselves to maintaining the quality of service established by our founder almost 40 years ago.
