David H. Martin Excavation, Inc. has been assisting people obtain the “American dream” of home ownership for over 38 years. The single home builder or major residential developers get the same individual attention that is critical to making the process of home construction efficient and cost effective.

Our employees are well trained and ensure that the customer’s needs are their first priority. We have numerous skid loaders, backhoes, and dozers to help with your residential needs. From digging footers, a basement for your new home, grading your property for lawn preparation, or installing utilities, our experienced operators will work within your schedule and budget to complete your projects.

Commercial

For commercial projects, we provide large scale excavation capabilities for owners and General Contractors that allow them to progress their project on time and within budget. As a primary provider of utility works, we install approximately 250,000 feet of water and sewer lines annually. Storm water systems in sizes from 12 inch plastic to 60 inch concrete pipe ensure that environmental regulations are met on all projects.

David H. Martin Excavating, Inc owns and operates five shale quarries in order to support all of our borrow fill requirements making our operation extremely cost effective for large projects.

Our project superintendents, utility foreman, and equipment operators have years of experience that equate to less down time and decreased punch lists. Their attention to detail and daily interaction with ownership and management greatly increase our cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Septic Systems
We will take your system from the completed permit stage all the way through planting of the grass. We will also conduct the coordination with your local inspector to ensure proper installation.
